This hotel stays in my mind for all the wrong reasons. It's in a central location, but the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and service issues that left me frustrated. The facilities were not up to par either, especially the promised indoor pool that we couldn't use. It's definitely not what I expected for the price.

Additionally, my second booking had some booking mix-up where I was initially placed in a cheaper standard room despite reserving the De Lux Suite, which was resolved only after a lot of insistence.

The service was very poor. Staff seemed uninterested in helping; it took a long time to get someone to assist with issues like broken electricity and malfunctioning air conditioning. Even when I had serious inconveniences, the staff never apologized or offered any resolution until I pushed for one.
