This hotel stays in my mind for all the wrong reasons. It's in a central location, but the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and service issues that left me frustrated. The facilities were not up to par either, especially the promised indoor pool that we couldn't use. It's definitely not what I expected for the price.

The rooms were spacious but far from clean. I found dust and hairs upon arrival, which persisted throughout my stay. Additionally, my second booking had some booking mix-up where I was initially placed in a cheaper standard room despite reserving the De Lux Suite, which was resolved only after a lot of insistence.

The service was very poor. Staff seemed uninterested in helping; it took a long time to get someone to assist with issues like broken electricity and malfunctioning air conditioning. Even when I had serious inconveniences, the staff never apologized or offered any resolution until I pushed for one.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel. It's conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. However, the nearby bar with loud parties and music every night detracted from the experience, especially for river-view rooms.
